DISPATCHING YOU CAN COUNT ON
We make it our priority to ensure top paying loads are what keep your trucks moving!

At The Black Rose Dispatch, LLC., we also are appreciative of our drivers that bring their fur-children along with them and are happy to call ahead anywhere our drivers are going to ensure the locations are pet-friendly. They need to stretch their legs too!
Our Bottom-Line
As dispatchers, we know drivers are people first and drivers second. Our services are NEVER forced or coercive and we will guarantee that if the drivers are willing to drive, we are willing to load their pockets with easily-earned money. Similarly, if our drivers need a break, to sleep in a little longer, or fall ill, we will take protective measures to ensure our drivers get the necessary rest, relaxation and medical help as needed while protecting the integrity of the load they are presently under. As the owner, I am happy to treat my drivers for their successes and milestones and promise to treat each driver (and fur-kids) like my best friends. Please do not hesitate to call and ask any questions you may have. Our dispatchers are willing to video chat as well. We work strictly from the privacy of our own homes to ensure personalized service.
I started driving in 2018 running Intermodal lanes in the North-East. I drove intermodal for the first year and a half and then in the middle of 2019, became an Independent Contractor and Driver Mentor. I enjoyed the challenges of teaching new CDL graduates how to safely and effectively be an OTR driver while balancing my own investment into my truck and business. I chose to stay out 3 months at a time and return home only for a 34 before getting right back to it. My first year, I profited $78k net with an investment of $54k into my truck and its operations. The following two years remained consistent.
I took some much needed home-time and then discovered I had a child on the way. I continued to drive OTR until I wasn't able to safely get in and out of my rig or trailer anymore. I decided to return my truck and trailer to the leasing company and be a stay-at-home-Mom in Eastern North Carolina. I love my home life but it's not the same as when I was a driver. After 5 years of driving, I've missed it terribly and decided to get back into it the only way I know how; I started up "The Black Rose Dispatcher, LLC." as a certified Freight Dispatcher. With 24 hour a day open availability, I am confident in my knowledge as an experienced driver to meet the financial goals and expectations of the Owner Operators and Independent Contractors that hire us to do their operations for them.
It's very simple, I only make money if the driver makes money and I am highly motivated to get your tires moving. With unlimited access to many load boards, a filing system for trustworthy organization and record keeping of invoices, rate confirmations, carrier contracts, BOL's and POD's. etc., my drivers will only have to worry about delivering freight from Point A to Point B safely and on-time. I am looking for 7 owner-operators/Independent contractors.

Tasha started driving in 2018 with TransAm Trucking and remained OTR to every state minus (Obviously) Hawaii, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho (selective deliveries were made) and Washington state. She remained OTR for 3 years as a company driver. After gaining long-haul experience, she decided that because her child was still too young to bring aboard the rig, that she should transition from OTR to the oil-field. Tasha is an incredibly strong driver and can sympathize with drivers from the North that drive in the harsher weather conditions. She remains home in Wyoming but has had recent shoulder surgery that is preventing her return to the oil-field. To keep herself pre-occupied doing what she loves to do, she has become one of the dispatchers that works under "The Black Rose Dispatcher, LLC." to ensure her and her drivers are making money.
